If you haven’t noticed from the Morgan videos, he is still attached to an oxygen tank 24 hours a day. Our youngest son, Kade is not.
Kade is nearly 2 months old and I still look for wires and tubes.
Every time I pick him up, I panic. Where is his oxygen cannula? I can walk out of the house with Kade without attaching him to any tanks. I don’t have to answer the question; “What’s wrong with your son?”, I don’t have to park in the handicap spot at the mall. What is normal for most parents seem strange to me…I’ll get use to it.
Now that we have two kids, we do our best to keep our house clean. There is one little problem we have a little tornado that follows us destroying everything in it’s path. This tornado is call Morgan and he’s very good at making a mess.
Kade met his Gammy and Pop for the first time this weekend. Not only did he smile for the first time (and a second and third time) but he melted their hearts.
And as always Morgan was a little ham. Smiling and playing every chance he had.
Thanks Gammy and Pop for a great weekend. Of course the only video we could get of Kade smiling was when he stopped smiling…but hey he’s still being cute in this video.
Thing 1
Jodi will tell you that I have this thing about those families that dress alike at Disneyland…I can’t wait to join their club.
Thing 2
Showing off my family is one of my favorite things to do. I want everyone in my family to have matching outfits with “Team Wright” silk screened on the back of their t-shirts. After spending so much time in the hospital with Morgan and all the trouble my wife had with both her pregnancies, I think we desever to stand in a 1 hour line at Disneyland and scream “WE ARE TEAM WRIGHT AND WE ARE SPECTACULAR!”
I feel for my cats.
Now that Morgan’s walking there is no peace for them. They sneak around, hoping not to be seen. The only problem is Morgan has his mom’s super hearing. Just one squeak of the floor boards and Morgan’s on the move. Like a little Godzilla he chases after them.
The thing I can’t figure out is why the cats just don’t jump up to a higher elevation that Morgan can’t reach.
Love is fast, slow, jittery, smooth, just like fish in an aquarium.
We all went out this past weekend to celebrate Jodi’s Birthday. The kids loved the fish and I think the fish loved them equally as much. You tell me…
Visit my house at 4 in the morning and you’ll hear a little voice gabbing away. Visit our house at 4 in the afternoon and you’ll hear that same voice. When he isn’t sleeping you’ll find Kade talking away, talking to stuffed animals, to blankets, the ceiling, his brother and even to his parents.
It’s about time we tell you who lives in the house with Jodi and I. Better yet I think we should just show you. Now check out the kid sized Frog and Cave Baby.
